
When you're found with your hand in the cookie jar, apologize. A lot. German company SAP has apologized to rival Oracle for what it calls "inappropriate" downloads of over 10,000 Oracle proprietary fixes and support documents. That's more than the company was authorized to download, claims Oracle execs. TomorrowNow, SAP's subsidiary, has admitted to the downloads in court documents. Oracle also charges that some of the downloads were passed off as TomorrowNow materials to SAP customers.
