Strong IT Employment Market
To be an IT professional now is to have your pick of positions and career choices. That's the news reported by Gartner's 2007 IT Market Compensation Study released on Tuesday. If you're a manager, good luck keeping your employees in one place - more than ever, IT pros are jumping ship for better positions. In fact, technology workers are the most sought-after group in the employment scene right now. Companies are increasing their IT departments, feeding the shortage of workers to fill the slotslinks.

What do you think? Are you having trouble filling openings in your department? If you're an IT worker, are you looking elsewhere, and why?
