Let me see, I have:
- 7 USB thumb drives
- 2 USB hard drives
- 1 NAS
- 2 mp3/storage players
- 1 voice recorder
Once you start to think about it, almost everything electronic that you carry now a days has some form of storage device. I personally traded in my mobile for one that was JUST a phone-taking the pain of figuring out what and how much I could jam into it. I've even thrown away my PDAs and pagers in an attempt to get rid of my "personal" attachment to storage devices and simplify my life.
Actually, I am just darn tired of having too many places to store data and not having a SINGLE base or storage unit to sync everything up to. I have, now gone back in time and started to, instead of figuring out what set of songs, books, or podcasts to load/listen/read on my electronic devices, I have instead started to pick up the oddly familiar book.
Oh! But where to storage those books now? Maybe that little table drawer on the right. :)
How many storage devices do you really have?
Now the big question. How many do you really use?
