Portable Hard Drive + Online Backup = IDrive Portable

The online backup service IDrive has introduced IDrive Portable, a $120 ultrathin 320GB portable hard drive.

"The IDrive Portable actually does differentiate itself from the masses in one particularly useful way," notes Engadget's Darren Murph. "Aside from being the 'thinnest and lightest portable USB drive in its class,' this 0.3 pound unit houses 320GB of space on a 5,400RPM HDD, and it plays nice with Windows / OS X machines. Predictably, it features a one-click backup option for storing precious data outside of your PC, but unlike the other guys, this one also includes the ability to backup online for yet another layer of protection."

"If you have super important data, this one offers an extra level of security," notes SlipperyBrick's Conner Flynn.

Sounds interesting but again chances of misplacing this USB drive and loosing the data are more. What if this USB drive gets stolen? In such cases it is better to keep your data backed up online.
With online storage I can access my data from anywhere. I am using BackupandShare.com for my online backup need and so far fantastic service from them. Very cost-effective and user friendly!!

I am searching for a solution that automatically takes incremental backups of my data, so that I stay assured of data stored at the secured data centre without having worry of loosing it. By what way BackupandShare.com secure the data backup?
