Paperless Storage Done Better
Thanks to a product designed to help the dental industry with its document storage, one company is seeing the spin-off product as a revolution that's about to take over the paperless document storage industry. Prime Companies Inc. is finishing up final touches on My Document Server, which the company contends is able to digitize, compress, and store both locally and remotely nearly any document. Sure, this technology already exists, but not at a price under $10,000, which is where Prime Companies is pricing its solution. There is also talk of a possible monthly service agreement or lease arrangement.

At the moment, the product is available for the Practice management industry, and is expected to hit the market by October 2007.
