NASA just launched an interactive Website that is a combination of 21 different NASA image collections. The resource has enhanced search, visual, and metadata capabilities. Some 140,000 digitized high-resolution NASA photographs, audio, and film clips are available. This is said to be the first phase of a five year venture that will, in the end, provide millions of NASA hisotrical images available to the public and researchers.
