Like or Hate new laCie 1TB disk for Macs
Now I'm no Mac person but know quite a few. One of their reasons for purchasing the Mac was style and performance. That is why I was a bit shocked when I saw this review for the lacielinks 1TB HDD for Macs. It comes out and states that, while it has some great technical features, it has what sounds like a noisy fan that is quite annoying. Also on the downside is that it require external power.

But if you can put up with those two drawbacks, it does have:
1TB
7,200 RPM
FireWire 400, eSata, and USB 2.0 connections

I don't know, if I want to work in quite, I don't want my hard disk clanking around.
