Blkin's N+ Wireless Router or Build your own NAS

The new Blkin's N+ Wireless Router has a nice little feature, a USB Storage port that allows you to connect a USB storage device to. This in effect creates a storage device on the network that allows you to share storage. Go ahead and plug in an external hard drive or thumb drive and it is on the network and available to everyone.

This is a nice little feature that basically eliminates your need to purchase NAS storage. Also, on the plus side, you can effectively use some really portable storage devices, plug them in on your network when needed, and then take them with you for use with standard USB ports on your computer. I like this feature a lot since I'm constantly taking my USB storage around to different computers in my home, backing them up, and then re-hooking the USB storage to my main computer. Now all I would have to do is plug it in on the network.

I’m so happy that wireless technology has advanced to such a great level. Wireless N has lots of range with minimal loss of speed.

The USB ports on the NEW Belkin Play N600 HD are for connecting either a USB printer or USB storage device to the router. If your TV supports wireless networking you can wirelessly connect your TV to your router. You will need to contact your TV manufacturer to see if this is possible for your TV.
In the N router series, the coverage increases as you jump up through the series. N150 has to lowest coverage, N300 is more coverage, N600 has the highest coverage.
