Bear of a Security Task
Imagine 90,000 computers. Now imagine them all under your supervision. Could you manage it? If you're unsure, take a look at a video explaining how one company did it. EDS had just that many computers nationally and a total of 3 million Windows-based systems to handle worldwide. There was no room for error. EDS, a global technology services company, used Microsoft System Center IT solutions to standardize and automate its IT operations, located in 43 countries. The challenge was to improve the company's global footprint while maintaining full client visibilitylinks. EDS was able to bring an unbearable security exposure to manageable levels.
